Cultural Transformation Project – Enhancing Organisational Culture and Belonging

Project Overview

ORGsight conducted a work analysis project for a health centre to align operational job descriptions across 42 distinct roles spanning more than 10 departments. Consulted 131 stakeholders through 22 individual interviews and 25 focus groups, including subject matter experts and position holders. This initiative aimed to address inconsistencies in job descriptions that had created role ambiguity and challenges in staff orientation and training.
