LGBTQ+ Ambassador Program

Project Overview

ORGsight collaborated with a global resource company to design and implement the LGBTQ+ Ambassador Program, addressing barriers to LGBTQ+ inclusion, particularly in remote and operationally critical locations. The program trained employees as on-site ambassadors to champion inclusion, deliver resources, and provide localised support.

Scope of Work
  • Recruitment and onboarding of ambassadors from diverse locations. Annual intake of up to 30 ambassadors with training in allyship and resource provision.
  • Development of training modules focused on psychological safety and allyship.
  • Coordination of ambassador-led initiatives, such as allyship awareness workshops and inclusion events.
  • Quarterly coaching and continuous evaluation to ensure program success.
Results & Impact
  • Ambassadors facilitated over Allyship Awareness Workshops to over 400 employees and leaders.
  • 100% of ambassadors reported personal growth, and 85% provided meaningful support to leaders and colleagues.
  • The program enhanced visibility and engagement in the companies LGBTQ+ employee resource group initiatives, fostering a more inclusive workplace culture.
